Repair you can take at face value

Spencer Blaylock has been repairing appliances for 13 years and runs the shop himself from Gilbert, Arizona. You talk with him — not a call center — and he is the one who shows up.

The visit is straightforward: diagnose what is actually wrong, explain the options, and fix it when it makes sense. If the machine is not worth repairing, he will say so.

No storefront. Kitchen and laundry machines, major brands, homes in Gilbert, Scottsdale, and the East Valley. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. I’ll confirm same day whenever I can.

What to expect on a visit

• A confirmed 2-hour arrival window — no all-day sit-around.
• Diagnose first. Spencer finds what’s actually wrong before quoting a repair.
• You approve before any parts go in or the repair starts.
• If it’s not worth fixing, he’ll say so.
• $89 diagnostic / service call fee, applied toward the repair if you move forward.
